Certified Wildlife Trackers Association
The Certified Wildlife Trackers Association (CWTA) invites CyberTracker-certified trackers (and supporters of CyberTracker certification) to join a network of wildlife tracking practitioners for collaboration, ongoing education, and to advance the profession of wildlife tracking.
Who Should Join?
Certified trackers of any level (or anyone who has attended a CyberTracker certification and/or wants to support Tracker Certification North America, from any part of the world).
Membership Benefits:
- Quarterly CWTA e-newsletter (first issue April 2024)
- Access to a CWTA webpage featuring resources and job postings
- Option to join an email listserv to communicate with members
(intended for topical questions and networking–not to share track and sign photos or ID questions) - Optional listing in an internal CWTA member directory (for use/viewing by other CWTA members only)
- Access to online members’ events (at least 4 per year), including discussion groups and guest speakers
- Early-bird registration rate for TCNA’s North American Wildlife Tracker Conferences
- At the Supporter Level: Direct links to attend our monthly Tracker Tuesday events (no need to sign up every month)
Membership Rate:
The standard annual membership rate is $60/year (equivalent to $5/month), but you can also join at a Student/Access rate for $36, or a $120/year Supporter level. Supporting members will receive the added benefit of direct links to attend TCNA’s monthly Tracker Tuesday events.
Membership proceeds go directly towards supporting the nonprofit activities of Tracker Certification North America.
