Mortality Site Analysis
with Luke and Sara Lamar
This presentation will break down the different clues to focus on when investigating mortality sites to help form interpretations of what happened.
Sara and Luke live in the beautiful Swan Valley in Northwest Montana and are co-managing directors of a local conservation and education nonprofit organization named Swan Valley Connections (SVC). They teach a multitude of wildlife track and sign and trailing classes throughout the year for SVC and often host CyberTracker certifications. When not at work, they can still be found tracking or trailing any number of rare animals found in the Swan Valley, such as wolverines, lynx, wolves, mountain lions, and grizzly bears. Luke is a Track & Sign Specialist and Trailing Professional. Sara is a Track & Sign Specialist and Trailing Level III.
